Blueberry Panckes

I went to Chicago last weekend to visit some friends (pics to come). Among our many family meals throughout the weekend, we enjoyed blueberry pancakes after a night of too much drinking. Good Housekeeping (yes, I am plugging my magazine) has a great recipe for your next lazy but blissful morning. Mmm.
