Almond Butter

I found this new almond butter at Whole Foods. It is Blue Diamond brand almond butter with honey and it is only $5 compared to the usual $7. I enjoy it as an afternoon sweet treat. Good stuff.

Wander Lust

"We don’t see travel only as a way to spend a couple weeks’ vacation every year. For us, travel is a way to see the world when we’re abroad, but also a way to see the world when we’re at home. Travel is a state of mind."

Witches Masquerade Ball

How fun! The 5th Annual New York City Witches Masquerade Ball is October 31st at 8 pm. The website describes the evening as, "A Night for all Vamps, Pagans, Witches, Druids, Goths, Faerie Folk, Magical Folk, Indigos & Urbanites..." Sounds like an interesting Halloween evening.

Aveda Institute

I got the best haircut and highlight of my life early Saturday morning at the Aveda Institute. The Institute is known as the Harvard of beauty schools. Cuts are $20 and partial highlights are $45... can't beat that! Plus the styling is free and Aveda products are just plain awwweesome.
