Artisnal Pizza

Everyone has his or her favorite pizza place, ice cream parlor, or coffee shop to rave about. However, I prefer making my own pizza. When I go out, I find that the pie is just missing one ingredient... more salt, more garlic, more basil (usually more basil). So, Ben and I enjoy whipping up our unique creations. Ingredients to our fav Greek pizza recipe are below...

Chicken, pepperocini, basil, mozzerella cheese, feta cheese, pizza dough from local pizza shop, pesto (homemade is best), and articoke hearts

I wont break it down into the measurements and steps... you get the point. Bake away!

Hamptons Getaway

I just got back from my first Hamptons vacay and it was everything I had imagined! We had lovely weather on Saturday to lie on the beach and do a little boogie boarding in the waves. I want to go back again next weekend. Check out some other fun New York get-a-ways here.

Iron Chef

Chef Morimoto came to Good Housekeeping yesterday to demo Miyabi Japanese knives. The presentation was both impressive and nerve wracking... Look how close this 7000 Pro series blade (freshly sharpened) is to cutting off his fingers. That takes some skill!
